I have created this page for more information as to some things that I may reference overtime through my online presence. This page is to be used as not only a information center but also a resource for education on mentioned topics. Not everything will be listed here and this will not be regularly updated for privacy reasons. I will only include the things that personally effect me and may also personally effect the viewing experience of my content creation journey. Do not feel that the existence of this webpage is a deterant to ask me questions about the listed information as I am more than happy to discuss it as long as you are respectful about it!
Everything I mention I have been advised and diagnosed by a professional.

Conditions

Australian (Not to be mistaken as being from Britain or New Zealand) - Is a continent and country found in the southern hemisphere, south of Asia. It is the 6th largest country in the world and the largest in the Oceania region.
SYMPTOMS INCLUDE: Speaking oddly, immunity to harsh landscapes and environments, strange slang and customs, and excessive cursing.

Hereditary Palmoplantar Keratoderma (google images shows worse case scenarios of when the condition is not managed and untreated) - a condition being most prominently known for its excessive, abnormal thickening of the skin on the palms and soles. It is linked to a faulty keratin protein production in your body that cannot be corrected and can attach to your DNA to be passed on genetically. SYMPTOMS INCLUDE: skin thickening range from small, isolated bumps to widespread redness and a yellowish, waxy appearance. They say there is pain connected to the condition but I do I cannot tell as I've had it lifelong and conflicts with my other conditions. The condition can also effect the nails, teeth, hair and internal organs. TREATMENT: There is no cure (you're gonna notice a trend with this) but it can be maintained with moisturizers, vitamin D and medications.

Hereditary Eczema (whenever I mention an allergy to fabric it's in reference to this condition) - A condition with a primary symptom of an intense itch, sometimes described as "the itch that rashes". It is known for its flare ups and in severe cases cracking of the skin and scabs. It often occurs when the skins barrier function is compromised, reducing its ability to retain moisture and protect against irritants. SYMPTOMS INCLUDE: irritation when in contact with unbreathable fabrics, stress, fragrances and perfumes, dust & dirt, harsh soaps and detergents. Irritation may appear as dry, red and inflamed skin. TREATMENT: Daily bathing with gentle soaps and bath products, anti-itch creams & medications, avoiding stress, synthetic materials (Polyester & Nylon), Wool, dust, sweat and heat.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (also known as Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) - a longterm chronic illness that causes profound fatigue and makes it difficult to perform daily activities. SYMPTOMS INCLUDE: fatigue that doesn't improve with rest, unrefreshing sleep, difficulty concentrating, headaches, sensitivity to light, sound, smells, food and medicines, muscle and joint pain and dizziness. There is no known cure for CFS and the intensity sometimes require me to use a walking cane.

Fibromyalgia - a condition that causes widespread muscle pain and tenderness in relation to the nervous system, it is often accompanied by fatigue, altered sleep, memory and mood. SYMPTOMS INCLUDE: muscle and joint stiffness, headaches, heightened sensitivity to touch, temperature, light, smell and noise. TREATMENT: Pain relief medication, light exercise, and anti-depressants. There is not much known about the condition and it is linked to genetics.

POTS (known as Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome ) - a condition that causes an abnormally rapid heart rate when standing up. POTs can be caused by pregnancy, major surgery, trauma or a viral illness. It can also affect people with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Type 3. SYMPTOMS INCLUDE: Heart rate that increases by more than 30 beats per minute within 10 minutes of standing, brain fog, nausea and vomiting, bloating and abdominal pain, shortness of breath, chest pain & excessive sweating. TREATMENT: There is no cure for POTs :) but there are treatments that can help relieve symptoms such as drinking 2-3 litres of water per day, eating salty foods, limiting tea, coffee, alcohol and energy drinks, wearing compression stockings & avoiding hot environments and hot showers.

Honorable Mention...

Gender Dysphoria (In relation to being Female to Male Transgender ) - A psychological unalignment where the brains gender developed seperately to the body's physical gender. Resulting in feeling extreme stress and bodily image issues which conflicts with the gender the body developed. GENDER SYMPTOMS INCLUDE: Anxiety, depression, irritability and negative self-esteem in conflict with gender identity, where the brain attempts to send signals for body parts that are not there and recognises the "incorrect" body parts as foreign abnormalities. This creates a feeling of distress, confusion and discomfort in relation to both physical and social exposure. PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS: Distress in their bodily characteristics during and after puberty including body shape, voice and other physical features. SOCIAL SYMPTOMS: Isolation, pressure to conform to social norms with the bodies developed gender, discrimination and prosecution heavily effects us over something we physically cannot control :( TREATMENT: Gender affirming care such as counseling, hormone therapy, optional surgery, and social transitioning.Note: In writing this, I understand some political influences have taught people to believe that transgender people, including myself, are evil monsters that are out to prey on innocent men, women and children. I apologise to those who may not be aware that this in result to religious fear mongering and propaganda efforts. In my own personal experiences (because otherwise someone might try to illustrate an alternative narrative), I first discovered what a transgender person was when I was 17-18, first considering my identity issues when I was 19 and have socially transitioned over the time period of 20-25. All of this was prompted due to my own research and was not influenced or trained by any 3rd parties. Outside of that I've had Gender Dysphoria for my entire life and have struggled socially in result of it. I am not transgender because its cute or trendy as many may try to write, it has resulted in me experiencing distress and I have lost family and loved ones due to this. Nobody who is transgender (that I am aware of) ever wanted this and do not find it "fun and quirky". I personally describe my Gender Dysphoria as ongoing borderline psychological torture. This section is only as big as it is because there are people who will learn I am experiencing this and decide I am doing it for attention or to prey on someone, I would rather educate based on my own experience than risk contributing to someone experiencing further prosecution. I hate this because I feel really annoying having to write all this out but unfortunately me being born the way I am will always result in this so even though I'm newer to the party its a experience I must get used to. Especially online.Personally, I do not care if people mistreat me, I am a big boy I can handle it, but I will enforce punishment within the spaces I host in for discriminatory and disrespectful behaviour. This is to not create a harmful norm for people to treat others like me who may not be able to handle that sort of mistreatment.
